There are 6 total spaces and a total of 2 "correct" spaces (1 lose a turn + 1 back 3) this gives us \[P=\frac{correct}{total}=\frac{2}{6}=\frac{1}{3}\] So she wil lget those spins 1/3 of the time. For the total we do \[\frac{1}{3} \times 36 = 12\] She will spin "Back 3" or "Lose A turn" 12 times.
