This is Melissa. I understand what happened with the post where my sister did not follow the Code of Conduct, and gave an answer without explanation, and that you blocked this user. I am very sorry if you were at all offended or annoyed by this incident. I'm not at all upset, and I totally understand, but I want to make sure you receive this apology, to make sure you know that I had to leave on personal business and that I left my sister in my place. She is new to this, but I thought she could figure it out, but she didn't and I am really, really sorry and it won't happen again.

Hello, I'm actually the one who should apologize to you both. It's just I've been seeing a lot of folks that starts giving out answers without any solution; and that made me mad. So once again I do apologizes. 

I'm actually knew here like a couple of days ago, I believe, and I've done the same thing - like what your sister has done. I've been suspended by giving out answers as well. So, I know how you two feel. I wasn't thinking straight.
