you get a fan and a medel if you answer right What is the probability that this spinner will land on a 3 in one spin? A. 3/8 B. 1/3 c 1/4 D 1/8 http://static.k12.com/calms_media/media/1294000_1294500/1294482/1/308f61d3ccb54ce394dd85b726b775353cd2ed15/150050.jpg

OpenStudy (anonymous):

d

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok hold on

OpenStudy (bruno102):

I would say 1/4 or c since there are 2, 3's on the spinner out of 8 spots. aka 2/8 simplified to be 1/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you help with another one if you want?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A box contains 9 green balls, 16 red balls, 9 white balls, and 6 black balls. What is the probability of drawing a red ball out of the box? A 1/16 B 1/4 C 2/5 D 7/8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

d

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks its was hard to me :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no problem

OpenStudy (bruno102):

That answer might be c. You are asking the probability of picking a red one. There are 40 total balls, 16 of which are red. 16/40 reduced is 2/5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

really??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not sure because i hate and suck at math LOL

OpenStudy (bruno102):

Yeah, like I said before, double check my answers, but I believe it is c. I don't see how she got her answer so I just figured I'd put in my own input.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thanks im going to see if i they are right now :D

OpenStudy (bruno102):

Cool let me know!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got one wrong but i choosed it my self -.-

OpenStudy (bruno102):

Oh, well thats not too bad! were the ones I said correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im looking at it wait

OpenStudy (bruno102):

sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (bruno102):

Awesome. I'm glad

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im done :D :D

OpenStudy (bruno102):

Nice great job

OpenStudy (bruno102):

I was on here trying to figure out my own math problems. Math gets much. much harder :(( Im in high school

OpenStudy (bruno102):

Thanks for the medals @TeenTitansfan1010 and @MiaPonce0827
