I am writing a murder story, and I need some suggestions on how the victim was killed. Any, just any ideas at all.

the victim is kidnapped and is skinned

Stab with a knife made out of ice, so the murder weapon disappears.

Mess with heater or car exhaust so carbon monoxide kills.

Poison.

Smother with a pillow.

Make him watch endless repeats of boring show....

drained of blood
drowned
scared to death
thrown in a pit of snakes
hallucination poison that makes the person kill themselves

Those are pretty good. I think I'll go with iskpike's last idea. I like that whole hallucination
stuff, and then the person basically kills themselves, but the challenge for the investigators is trying to figure out what the source reason for the person killing themselves would be, and then trying to find out if it really was suicide!! Perfect! Thank you!

That was pretty creative. But I did look it up and found something that I could use for as the cause. Mixing alcohol with drugs. Misuse of alcohol mixtures and drugs can hallucinations, but also the tricky part is that the person had to have had some sort of psychological problem anyways. So, thanks again, and I hope I do good on my book.
