Well for the first part, how many vowels are in her name.
2nd part: the answer to the first part + 1 because of V.
3rd part: how many letters are in her name?
4th part: the answer to the 3rd part + all the other letters in the alphabet minus vowels.

When you figure this part all out, then I can tell you how to figure out the rest.

Lol no that's fine. They are: A, E, I, O, U, and sometimes Y, but for this it looks like it isn't counting Y as a vowel.

Well there are 26 letters in the alphabet. Of those 26, 5 of them are vowels, but it asks for the vowels in Bailey's name. There are 3 in her name so the fraction will be 3/26 for the first one.

There are 6 letters in Bailey's name plus V is 7. So the fraction for the second part would be 7/26.

Third part:
It is pretty much the same as the second part except don't include the V, so the fraction would be 6/26. BUT it can be simplified to 3/13

2) Bailey only has 6 letters in her name, and if you include V it would be 7 letters all together.. So it would be 7 of 26 letters - 7/26

3) Bailey only has 6 letters in her name, so it would be 6 of 26 tiles-6/26 which is simplified to 3/13...

4) Would be 12/13 because all together there is 24 constants + letters in her name added up, so the fraction to that is 24/26 and that is simplified to 12/13

Last but not least:
There are 6 letters in her name but then you have to subtract the 3 vowels so for now think she has 3 letters in her name. Then you will add all the other letters in the alphabet (26) then subtract 5 because of the 5 vowels in the alphabet. This should leave you with 24.
The fraction will then be 24/26 BUT it can also be reduced to 12/13.
