Could someone tell me how to cite a research paper that's not opinion based?

Hi,

Never use words like ,"in my opinion," "I think,", "I believe," etc, etc, etc... Use solid words like, "According to the National Security System," or, "According to President Barack Obama on May 1st, 2012..."

Your citations should be on their own page at the bottom, and are usually in MLA Format. Here is an online formatter....
