what were the advantage of industrial revolution?

The Industrial Revolution reduced our dependency on agrarian productivity; before the Industrial Revolution, the world was dependant on people to make things. But now, because of the Industrial Revolution, machines make things. It would commonly be attributed to the industrial revolution for the massive population increases, as we were able to make more tools for production of food. However, this was mended in with the Green Revolution that soon happened afterwards. However, the standard of living increased because of the industrial revolution because more products was being available in the market.
