what is the surface area of a regular pyramid below , 20 14 14 a 956 units sq2 b 1512 units sq2 c 1316 units sq2 d 756 units sq2

OpenStudy (joejoe2great):

Well there's 4 triangles, each with a height of 20 and a base of 14. Area of triangle is (1/2)*b*h. Then you have one square with length = 14 and width = 14. Calculate the area of the 4 triangles, the area of the square. Then add up all those sums to get the surface area of the pyramid.
