Is anyone doing/has done the Foreign Affairs Investigation portfolio in American Government B ??? I am stuck on it now, and I'm just really confused about what it is asking me to do on a lot of the stuff. My teacher has been no help, so this is my last resort, before completely bombing it. Any guidance would be helpful !

It's seriously the hardest portfolio that I have ever had, because its so vague on what it wants us to do, and I have constantly emailed my teacher, but he has been zero help :(
