Help please!! How many chromosomes are in human gametes? 1) forty-six unreplicated chromosomes 2) twenty-three unreplicated chromosomes 3) forty-six replicated chromosomes 4) twenty-three replicated chromosomes I know that their are twenty-three chromosomes in the gamete cell but I don't know whether they are replicated or unreplicated. Help!

no problem there are 23pairs of chromosomes and 46 in total 23x2=46

OpenStudy (anonymous):

gamete have 23 chromosomes deemed the haploid number. after fusion yields a diploid number which 23x2 =46
