Can someone help me with factoring perfect squares...

125 = 5 * 25 & 45 = 5 * 9

So take 5 out

5* (25x^2 - 9y^2) = 5 * ( (5x)^2 - (3y)^2)

Do you know this ( a+b) * (a-b) = a^2 - b^2

Just use this and you can get the answer
