You're posting in the writing section, so I suggest you learn how to create a full thought when asking for answers. 
First of all, the first letter of your sentence should be capitalized. Always. "Would" is spelled with a d, not a b. The phrase "how you think it would be like" is absolutely terrible, and should be changed to something that actually makes sense. I have no idea what "a.d" is; are you speaking about ADD? ADHD? You have to be much more specific. Finally, "you are the patient" is a redundant thought, because you have already stated that the essay is supposed to be on what it would be like for one to have this condition. Overall, your question should look more like this: "Write an essay on what you think it would be like to have (ADD? ADHD?)."
Furthermore, this is clearly an assignment that should not be outsourced to other people for you to do, and I encourage you to actually do the assignment, rather than asking for others to do it for you.

I easily think that this is something that you should write yourself. If someone else writes it, it would not be your viewpoint, and therefore it would not be your viewpoint. I won't say anything though, looks like carlson has already taken care of that.
