which of the following practices of student government would be least consistent with representative democracy? the student council A. votes to cut off debate of a rule B. adopts a rule that is unpopular with students C. selects members of next years council D. asks students to vote on changes to its constitution please explain too if you can:)

I would say "B" because if it was a representative democracy it would be a group of "representatives" (group of people that each represent the people) that take what people want "B" would be least consistent because adopting an unpopular rule wouldn't represent what the people want the most. Hope that helped :)
