I encourage you to try solving this problem yourself. Hints: This is an isosceles triangle, in that it has two equal sides. It's also a "45-45-90 triangle," which we dub a "special triangle." Because it's a 45-45-90 triangle, the two "legs" are of equal length. What theorem do you know that would enable you to find the length of the hypotenuse (which would be the answer to this problem)?
