David, this problem is much like the last one I helped you with. 1) find the coordinates of the vertex. 2) find the coordinates of the y-intercept (the point at which the graph crosses the y-axis). 3) use the general equation \[y-k = a(x-h)^2\] for a parabola with vertex at (h,k) to determine the value of ' a ' AFTER substituting the coordinates of the vertex AND the coordinates of the y-intercept.
