Remember that 25 pi/2 is just 25 quarter revolutions counter-clockwise around the unit circle. So, 25/4 = 6 full revolutions where your angle is zero in standard position of the unit circle. You have 1/2*pi left, which brings you to angle pi/2.... What is sin pi/2? it's 1. What is 1/1? It's 1. So csc(25pi/2) = csc(pi/2) = 1/sin(pi/2) = 1/1 = 1.
