Example for option A: for the first coordinate pair (0, 7), x=0 & y=7. Since y=x+7, this would satisfy the criteria in the question. Do this with all the other coordinate pairs and find the correct option. Can you post your answer in this thread when you have done this?

For C, the first coordinate pair is (1, 7). x=1 & y=7. Does this satisfy the criteria in the question (i.e. y=x+7)?
