A and C?

OpenStudy (cakt07):

Thanks :D!

OpenStudy (shreehari499):

Which structures are found in both plant cells and animal cells? A. ribosome B. mitochondria C. nucleus D. cell membrane

OpenStudy (cakt07):

C, A and D?

OpenStudy (shreehari499):

You u r rite..:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Everything.

OpenStudy (cakt07):

so like all the above?

OpenStudy (shreehari499):

mitochondria:? @mrdoldum ?..animal cells do not have mitochondria..

OpenStudy (cakt07):

it says plants AND animal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, plants have mitochondria. This is where the glucose, which gets made during photosynthesis, goes. The light dependent reactions of photosynthesis make glucose, but ATP is the source of energy in life. ATP is made in the mitochondria. Autotrophs can make the molecule which will be used as the carbon source for ATP production via mitochondria. Heterotrophs cannot do this, they have to obtain extracellular molecules. But all Eukaryotes (minus a very few highly specialized parasites) have mitochondria.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I should say ATP is made in the largest quantity and most efficiently in the mitochondria.

OpenStudy (cakt07):

Ok thanks :D!
