I'm stuck between c & d. I know the umbilicil cord is what provides nutrients and oxygen, right?
Placenta's basic purpose is to provide the required nutrients to the developing foetus..so its C
umbilical cord is only a connection between the growing embryo and the mother..it enables the passage of nutrients and not provide nutrients..:)
