1. The point before the big bang was exactly that, a point. It is know as the singularity and contained anything that ever been, is, and ever will be. Logically, your answer is D. 2. When we observe the Doppler Effect, we can see that the wave lengths are spread out behind a moving object, and crunched together in front of it. In the case of visible light, we know that red light has a wavelength of about 700 nano meters. This is the longest wavelength of light, and therefore we can relate it to the Doppler Effect. Either you are moving away, or the object is moving away, because the wavelength of light is longer. This is why you see colors from the red end of the spectrum. C. 3. Cosmic background radiation can be heard, and it is often one of the most well know pieces of evidence we have of the big bang. B.
