It would be B. Basically you have to divide. So you find the first two same sides of the figure and then divide them. In this case it would be the length which are 13.3 and 9.5 (13.3/9.5=1.4) then you find the second same side of both figures and divide them. In this case the radius which are 2.52 and 1.8 (2.52/1.8=1.4) compare your two answers, since both are 1.4 that means the figures are equally proportioned and therefor similar to each other.
