Becasue you are not capable (neither am I) of telling someone what they need to do but people like @.Sam. are capable at it because he's a moderator

Me? At first I didn't thought that I will be a mod for the site (I didn't even ask to be). I stayed on the site for almost two years, being nice, helping others etc. And of course you have to have a matured thinking, age is a plus of course ;)
