I was incredibly ill over the past few months, and got very behind on my Algebra  2 work. I need help understanding what is going on in my lessons. Right now i am working on Quadratic relations, and conic sections.

Don't worry I am sure you'll catch up just fine.
First off, I'd suggest you go through Khan Academy videos on the topics you've missed mainly because OpenStudy is a website where Questions are asked and are answered in a way that the one who asked the question understands that topic well.
I am not sure if anyone here could give you what you missed entirely but no worries. 
They can surely find you the links.
