i like the example that you have shown i have a dragon tattoo on my back that extends down my left arm it is actually two dragons in to one so my idea is to use a sword with the dragon have a dragon's tail wrap around the sword with its wings open taking flight while there is another dragon is flying above that on and the background being at night with a full moon my advise to you is if you do something like this add some color to the dragons bright colors so that the person can see the dragons cause most people think that all dragons are dark color but they are not I HOPE THIS HELPS
