have u neared it down to two answers
Just by reading the answers I would go with the last one, concurrent. Implied is something that is not told to you but you "assume" has to be done in order to accomplish what you were told, i.e. "go clean the kitchen", the IMPLIED task can be "do the dishes", etc. Delegated means they are passed down from higher to lower levels and reserved means that its kept for oneself, for example, I reserve the right to not go to that party.
