https://media.glynlyon.com/o_bio_2013/7/sci07u10c01l02_forelimbs.gif 1. Which organism do you think is most closely related to a human? Why? 2. Which organisms have five "fingers"? 3. Describe the similarities and differences between a bat's wing and a bird's wing. 4. Which animal's forelimb would you expect a dolphin's flipper to most closely resemble? Why? 5. What does this activity tell you about the relationship between these six organisms?
1. I would say cat because the bone structures look the most similar but I am not 100% sure. 2. All but the bird have five "fingers." 3. I'm not sure about this one. 4. Whale because they are both aquatic mammals and have flippers/fins. 5. All of the organisms have a common ancestor. Their bone structures of their arms are very similar.
thanks:))
