gas enclosed in container has effect on container but atmospheric pressure s effect on our body is cancelled out by system in our cells , what is in our cells that cancelled the effect?

Blood pressure is what cancels the atmospheric pressure. So if you need a more exact answer refer to that part of cell which regulates blood pressure.
