Can anyone help identify conic section equations? Here's my problems: Match each equation with the conic section it represents. 1. x^2+y^2-10x+5y-8=0 -> I know that this one is a circle 2. 4x^2-9y^2+10x-5y-8=0 3. x^2-8x+4y-12=0 4. 3x^2+8y^2+4x-12y-10=0 My options are: hyperbola, parabola, and ellipses. I will FAN & MEDAL the one who helps me the most :)
