OpenStudy (jessicawade):

inscribed angles help?

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

find teh value of x, if necessary round to the nearest 10th. FF intersects OP, RS intersects OQ, FG=20 RS=24 OP=14

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

use the diagram, AB is a diameter. and AB intersects CD Find mBD for mAC=58 degrees 116 122 148 32

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

Find the measure of <BAC 57 28.5 33 114

OpenStudy (reemii):

In the first problem, x is the length of OQ?

OpenStudy (reemii):

I get it. You must use the Pythagoean formula on the first triangle to find the radius. Then Pythag. again to find x.

OpenStudy (reemii):

the first triangle is FPO. you are given the lengths of FG (divide by 2 to find the length of FP) and OP.

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

10

OpenStudy (reemii):

okay, so there's a right triangle FPO. Pyth: \(\text{FP}^2 + \text{OP}^2 = \text{OF}^2 = r^2\), \(r\) is the radius. Find \(r\).

OpenStudy (reemii):

\(10^2 + 14^2 = r^2\) : that's the Pyth. formula. Then, \(r = \sqrt{10^2+14^2}=\sqrt{296}=17.20465...\) Then, find another triangle in the picture, involving OQ. And tell what you should do (don't do it yet)

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

what/ o.o

OpenStudy (jessicawade):

i am HORRIBLE at math lol
