Go to settings -> Account Settings, and check if you entered the correct email address. If not, change it and click the button on top of the page to re-send the verification mail. If you did enter the right email address and you didn't receive an email even after you've tried to re-send it, send an email to contact@openstudy.com and explain the situation. They can help you with these kinda problems.
