It's C, since Imperative mean "giving a command"

@ManImStumped What exactly is declarative? I had gotten stuck between imperative and declarative but I wasn't too sure of what declarative is.

declarative would be - pass me the pepper
but it's imperative because they say "Please" first, meaning they wan't something, but wont declare it done
