well correlation can range from -1 to 1, with 0 being no correlation at all

so -.015 is very close to 0, you would be not confident at all. This means your prediction is no better than a random guess

For such a low correlation, your predictions would be nearly worthless.

Anyone viewing this in the future, the answer to this question is  I can be very confident; it will be close, but it probably won't be exact.
