This problem involves limits and integrals, but is really more conceptual than anything. Could someone explain why the answer is E?

this is called the "fundamental theorem of calculus" i.e. "the derivative of the integral is the integrand" why is it so? not that easy to see here, but not too hard, maybe a picture would help
