find the surface area of the building (im assuming this is a cube) then find the surface area of the roof (a pyramid probably) just make sure you dont include the base of the pyramid when you solve for the SA of it,because you already found it when you found the SA of the cube.so leave that out. Then add the two together. that should be your answer. you can find the equations for the surface area of these shapes on Google.
