e^x-3=410

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

take the log of both sides \[\ln(e^{x -3} )= \ln(410)\] apply the log law for powers \[(x -3) \ln(e) = \ln(410)\] when the base of the log, and base of the power are the same you get 1 \[\ln(e^1) = 1\] so you can now say x - 3 = ln(410) just solve for x
