Lipids

Lipids = triglyerides (used a energy storage in fat cells called adipocytes. Its also the main component of the plasma membrane (phospholipid).

Okay thank you @oOKawaiiOo

OpenStudy (anonymous):

fats?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@maisha_boo Carbohydrates as well. Cellulose is a carbohydrate that is used for structure and energy. Now, if they want an answer about which one is used as both in one species, I would say lipids are the best answer. But then again, chitin is a carb. as well and some crustaceans do eat old shells to recover the energy from chitin.
