i guess it could be (as in it sounds like it would work ) but have you ever seen Increasing when used when showing something goes up? we always use positive or negative when talking about it decreasing trend isnt there. its there to try to trick you.

basically there's a graph and the points are pretty much going down, options are: A. No trend B. Positive trend C. Negative trend D. Downwards trend
