Can someone help me with some questions please :)

OpenStudy (jadeishere):

I'm going over'em and then i'll show you how to get the answers :)

OpenStudy (jadeishere):

Okay, so for the first one, you want to divide it by 3, so the alternate form would be \[\frac{ x - 5 }{ x + 8 }\] and x or there's an expanded form that could be \[\frac{ 3x }{ 3x + 24} - \frac{ -15 }{ 3x + 2 }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok? how would you find the answer?

OpenStudy (jadeishere):

How does one explain that further..? Lol.. The root of the expression is x = 5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

really lost

OpenStudy (jadeishere):

I'm not sure how to explain it... @Luigi0210
