For C, we have an inequality. We can solve it (almost) just like if there were an equation with a few things to keep in mind. Namely: If we multiply or divide by a negative number, we have to flip the inequality.

Which makes sense, right?

Multiply by -1 on both sides:
-2 > -5
We had to flip the inequality to keep it true :)

It's just to show that it works, you shouldn't do the method I showed on a test because it wastes a lot of time.

What the other guy meant was to do

-np > 140
-np/-p < 140/-p
n < - 140/p

which is much faster once you get the hang of it.
