Question

If 10X10=100 and 100X20=2000 than what is 2000X40?

look at 10 X 10.....whats 1 x 1 ? It is 1....and how many zero's are there ? There are 2.
So put your 1 and add 2 zeros which equals 100.

Do the same for 100 x 20.....1 x 2 = 2 and there are 3 zeros, which makes it equal 2000.

Now....2000 x 40.......4 x 2 = 8, and there are 4 zeros...so put your 8 with 4 zeros...80000
