OpenStudy (anonymous):

C = S + I You know S, also u know I, add them up and you'll get C in terms of M

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Luke, both S (the standard charge for the car rental) and I (the charge for insurance) are functions of M, the number of miles driven. Please add together the formulas for S and I, and then simplify the result.

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

Add them as in like you're doing a system of equations or add them by setting them equal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

S = 0.60 M + 18.95 I = 0.15 M + 3.90 ----------------- S + I = 0.75 M + 22.85 C = S + I = 0.75 M + 22.85 thats ur answer
