To my mind the 18.03SC course is fine for beginner. I.e., I m a beginner and I currently study with it

Not only does watching videos help but also read lectures on the MIT OCW and a really useful resource for me was Paul's Online Notes. http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/Classes/DE/DE.aspx
