can anything travel in vaccum(no atmosphere)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Absolutely. Every object in space is moving through a vacuum, and electromagnetic radiation can move through a vacuum. We send people into space, therefore their rockets and spaceships travel in a vacuum.

ya i know but dont know how it is possible....how a rocket can fly without help of air as aeroplane done

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A rocket simply uses its engine to power its way away from Earth's gravity. At a sufficient speed, the rocket can orbit Earth or leave Earth completely behind. Then the rocket can simply coast through space, assuming it doesn't fall into the gravity well of another body.
