The first one, actually. The Fourth of July is all capitalized. Since it IS an American holiday. A because it is missing two commas, one in between "cat, with" and "face, sat"

The Fourth of July is an all-American holiday. Note the hyphen that was missing. "Fourth" is capitalized, as are other holiday titles, such as "Memorial Day"
