Alright so basically my teacher said it's mostly that for example u could put down nothing like nothing else is a poem that's mostly about a important thing that means to u if someone else has the same thing as u that's important to u it can't change the way it looks got it?

but like how would you paraphrase this?? im analysing instead of paraphrasing When I was young and knew no better I was always wanting to compare this to that: Hearts might be cold as ice cream cones: Water shone like flashlights; Autumn leaves were mustard On the sky‟s blue china plate. (when the speaker was a child she used to compare.. compare what? )
