I am not the best at venn diagrams...so you might need a second opinion on this...
I am coming up with 60% using both bar and face wash.

20/175 = 11% using only bar soap
10/175 = 6% using only face wash
40/175 = 23% using neither bar or face wash
105/175 = 60% using both bar and face wash

This is how I got 105 using both.....x = ones that use both
40 + 20 + 10 + x = 175
70 + x = 175
x = 175 - 70
x = 105
