What would you expect to happen if we multiply 2 by any number wether negative or positive as x in the function \[y= 2\left| x \right|\]

well y increases twice as fast as x and y is always positive so which graph is it?

Since the function is positive (it doesn't have a negative in front of the 2) the absolute value will open up like graph A or B...since the slope is 2, then the graph will be letter B.
