The perfect Smart Score one can have is like having 100 in all the fields - Problem Solving, Team Work and Engagement. It is the best you can have, but it is obviously not easy to get it. It has to be earned by hard work and sincerity. (Also, in future, you can post such questions in OpenStudy Feedback Group)

Yes, that would be the perfect SS. The only person that has a 100 SS is @satellite73, but even he has only a 100 in teamwork and problem solving. If @satellite73 was to get a 100 SS in engagement, then he would have the PERFECT SS.
