How come this site only work sometime and when it work it does not work well???

Sometimes if there are too many users on OpenStudy at once, the site will lag or automatically go down for an update. The server can only hold so much at once before it gives up. Hopefully in time it will be better about that.

Pray for better servers! If you would like to help with the process of speeding up OS you can purchase a monthly subscription for your account. This would help support the site and give you certain benefits. Subscription Support the OpenStudy team by becoming a monthly subscriber. Here's what you get: Choose your own "title" that appears by your username in study groups. A diamond SmartScore indicator that signifies your sponsorship. Surf OpenStudy without external advertisements. If you don't have the money to do so then there are other things that you can do to help OpenStudy improve. One way is to make sure you have Ad blocking plugins and programs disabled on this site so Open Study will be able to gain revenue from their ads being viewed by you(not being blocked). If you don't use such programs then just answer questions, help users, respect each other and be nice. Also report users who break the CoC(Code of Conduct) and the Terms and Conditions. Well, the site is in need of some tweaks and work... but that is slated for soon!  The dev team had two projects to do as they got new people up to speed.  Those are done!  This summer is supposed to be bug hunting season and performance work.  So with some luck, smoother site is soon to come.
