ObL was a Saudi, not an Afghani. His relationship with the Taliban was all about needing a safe haven to do his Al Qaeda stuff away from most of civilization. They were his landlord and didn't ask to many questions. Any ideology matches were convenient. So all of the choices that mention Afghanistan or the Taliban are false. That leaves you one choice. And that's the answer.
